Ep. 125 | Aligning Mind, Body, and Spirit, with Candice Noss

Meghan is joined by Candice Noss to discuss the principles of caring for our whole selves, mind, body, and spirit. Topics include:

- Seeing Ourselves through God’s eyes
- Navigating Learning by Staying Focused on Christ
- When was the Natural Man born?
- Shutting Satan out of our lives
- Our Spirit's Three Needs

With a mission to empower others to own their divine greatness with a mind firmly aligned, a body purposefully loved, and a spirit powerfully accessed, Candice Noss is a dynamic speaker, coach, consultant, physical therapist, podcaster, and humanitarian.

After 20 years as a Physical Therapist and while in the thick of raising 6 children, Candice found life coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy and energy work. It transformed everything. She created her business, the Mind, Body, Spirit Trifecta combining: her expertise as a physical therapist with its focus on the body; with her command of cognitive behavioral therapy and it’s focus on the mind; with her deep devotion to Jesus Christ and blossoming understanding of energy work for the Spirit. By addressing the entire human trifecta, the mind, body and spirit, Candice provides a powerful holistic approach to enlighten, liberate and empower others to bust out of ruts and live an elevated, meaningful life of fulfillment.

Her courses include: the Body Love Weight Release Program, the Conquering Confidence Course; the Powerful Parenting Program; and the Living Spiritually Connected Series. She loves putting on Adventure retreats for women along with doing one-on one coaching and speaking. Learn more at candicenoss.com
